These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at ydealinc.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by YDEAL, Inc., an Orlando, Florida-based creative and marketing agency ("YDEAL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview of Services
YDEAL provides graphic design, digital design and web development, video production, AI-driven animation and advertising, real estate media, direct mail marketing, database management, and related creative and marketing services. Pricing and package details shown on the Site (including on our Pricing and Project Estimator pages) are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer; any project only becomes binding once both parties agree to a written proposal, quotation, or invoice. Specific service terms and conditions for each service line are published separately and are incorporated into this Site by reference.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site; (b) use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human can reasonably produce in the same period; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available; (d) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code; or (e) use the Site's contact, estimate, or chatbot forms to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Project Estimator and Contact Forms
The Site includes a Project Estimator and other contact forms that allow you to select services and submit your name, project name, email address, and phone number to request an estimate or get in touch. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract; it initiates a conversation between you and YDEAL. Estimates generated through the Site are non-binding approximations based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation once we understand the full scope of your project. Information you submit through these forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software — is the property of YDEAL, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. Portfolio work shown on the Site is displayed to showcase our services and remains the property of YDEAL and/or the respective client, as applicable.

5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as client sites shown in our portfolio, or social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by YDEAL. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with any third-party site or service are solely between you and that third party.

6. No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. YDEAL does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that estimates or information generated through the Site will be accurate for your specific project without further consultation.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YDEAL, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
